30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your dog (or you) isn't convinced by the mattress, you have 30 calendar days from receipt to return it, and we will refund the amount.
How to return?
- Write to us from the contact page with your order number
- We will send you instructions within 24 hours
- Once the product is received, we will issue a refund within 3-5 business days
Conditions
The product must be in good condition and, if possible, with its original packaging. We accept returns of moderately used products — we understand your dog had to try it out.
Defective product
If it arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will send you a new one free of charge or refund everything, including shipping.
