Preparation time: We prepare your order within 24-48 business hours after purchase confirmation.
Delivery times:
- Peninsular Spain: 5-10 business days
- Balearic Islands: 7-12 business days
- Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: 10-15 business days (customs fees may apply)
Tracking: As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination. Free shipping on orders over €50 in peninsular Spain — the 2-pack always ships free.
Issues: If your order arrives damaged or is delayed more than expected, please write to us and we will resolve it: reshipment or refund, you choose.
